Our Solution
Nearly half of all fruit never reaches our plates — much of it lost during transport and storage.
The culprit? Ethylene, a natural ripening hormone that speeds up rippening causing billions in waste, losses for farmers, and fewer fresh, healthy choices for everyone.

FreshIST is simple yet powerful: a compact, reusable device that removes more than 90% of ethylene under normal storage and transport conditions. Tested in pilot-scale trials in storage, FreshIST has already proven its effectiveness in preserving fruit quality and extending shelf life. With no chemicals, no direct contact with fruit, and full compatibility with organic produce, it offers a sustainable and cost-efficient solution for producers, retailers, and logistics operators.
